Requesting energy is easy, here is how it works:

1. Get started by onboarding onto the platform:

   
   First things first, you’ll need to create an account on our platform by completing the onboarding process. This includes providing your company details, agreeing to the terms of service, and verifying your profile information. Once you’ve completed onboarding, you can log in to access your customer dashboard. This is where you’ll be able to view your requests for proposals and proposals from energy suppliers.
   

2. Create a new request for proposal:

   
   When you’re ready to create a new request for proposal, just click the “Create new RFP” button on your dashboard. you’ll be taken to a three-step form where you can enter details about your energy needs, including the delivery point, consumption details, and any additional notes or requirements.
   

3. Review and submit your request for proposal:

   
   After you’ve filled out the form, take a moment to review all of the information you provided. If everything looks good, click the “Submit” button to send your request to qualified energy suppliers.
   

4. Review proposals from energy suppliers:

   
   

   When a supplier responds to your RFP, you’ll receive a notification and the proposal will appear on your dashboard. You can review the proposal and decide whether to accept or reject it.

   
   

   If you decide to accept a proposal, you can award the contract to the chosen energy supplier through our platform. The supplier will then finalize the agreement and make the necessary arrangements to begin providing energy to you.
